Shipping and Return Policies
We will not be shipping any items labeled "Temporarily Unavailable" during these hot summer months. All other items are available, in stock and ready for shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes - we don't want you to receive melted candy!
Enjoy a FLAT-RATE SHIPPING CHARGE OF $7.99 PER ORDER, regardless of how many items you purchase. All packages are shipped via UPS Ground. This offer applies to the Continental U.S. only (AK and HI shipping quotes shown in cart)
UPS only ships to physical sreet addresses in the United States (no PO boxes). If you provide us with a PO Box address when you place your order we will contact you for a physical street address before shipping your order.
There is a processing time of 1-3 business days for all orders before they are shipped. Saturdays and Sundays do not count as business days. You can view how long your package will take to get to you once it is shipped in the UPS map below.
Tracking numbers for all packages will be sent via email upon shipment.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted by our warehouse. Prior authorization is required for all merchandise returns. Please contact us within 3 days of the delivery of your purchase to receive your RMA number for return shipment. Items being returned must be in new/unopened condition in their original packaging.
All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipment costs must be pre-paid by the customer. If you provide us with the wrong shipping information (i.e. wrong street number) and UPS is unable to deliver your package a return shipping charge of $10 + 10% of your order total will be deducted from your refund, in addition to the 20% re-stocking fee and original shipping charge. The same fees apply if your package is refused upon delivery and you tell UPS to send it back to us.
You will be notified within 24 hours if any of your items are placed on backorder or discontinued. Backordered items typically ship within 7 business days. If, for any reason, we cannot get this item from the manufacturer and fulfill your order within that time, we will update you with another email.
